Apartments are a Breeze for Sitedesign

With the combined efforts of the Sitedesign Studios South team and the Sitedesign Care South team we are ecstatic to say that the Breeze apartments in Cronulla are finally finished!

Its been a long process from the landscape architectural design to the implementation of these apartments but we couldn't be happier over the final result. The overall concept for Breeze wasformed from a collaborative effort between Sammut Developments, Innovative Architecture and Sitedesign Studios. The Breeze apartments aren't only luxurious but have added to the surrounding streetscape and community with the addition of extra street trees and restaurants on the Ground Level.

We'd like to thank everyone that was a part of this project and its development and we can't wait to grab more photos of this as the gardens develop and flourish over time. For the meantime we'd also like to thank Sammut Developments for the recent photos of the completed product!

Yowie Bay Progress

With the combined talents of our Construction and Care team (and a few posers from our design team), Sitedesign has swiftly been completing a complex heritage project in the heart of Yowie Bay.

The excitement of being a part of this unique project is also challenged by the parameters required to design a landscape to benefit a heritage home. Brandon Wallis from our Sitedesign South team completed the design for this beautiful sandstone heritage home  mid 2015. It is overwhelming to see his design brought to life by our gifted Construction and Care teams.

We'd like to thank everyone from Sitedesign who has been a part of this project as they have been working tirelessly through the extremes of Sydney's recent weather to make sure it is completed on time.

Although this is still a work in progress, we could not be happier to see how well this native and culturally sensitive design is beginning to take shape.

Breeze Apartments

Just a typical day in the office for our talented Sitedesign Landscape Care Team!! Check out these latest pics of the works of the Breeze apartments and the surrounding streetscape. This mornings agenda included a fresh delivery of palm trees all the way from Queensland. These pictures offer some insight into just how hard our team has been working over the last nine months to ensure that the Breeze Apartments at Cronulla are finished and delivered to highest standard. We can't thank our team enough for all there efforts in bringing the landscape of the Breeze apartments to life!

Award Winning Design - Congratulations to all Involved with the Creation of 'Nautilus'

As previously mentioned, this month has been unusually busy for Sitedesign. However, that hasn't  stopped us from celebrating the achievements of everyone involved in the production and building of 'Nautilus'.

Since it's completion, 'Nautilus' has won 'House of the Year' at the HIA-CSR NSW Housing Awards, 2015 Master Builder of the Year and featured in the Daily Telegraph and Master Builder Magazine. It was a one-of-a-kind experience for the team members of Sitedesign to work in conjunction with the client, Sammut Developments and the team at Innovative Architects to create a landscape as unique as this.

David James from our Sitedesign South Care branch represented Sitedesign at the HIA Housing Awards and helped head Landscape Architect, Brandon Wallis (also from our Sitedesign South branch) design and install this amazing landscape. A combination of three years of constant design work, many hours spent onsite and the supply and install of no less than 6000 plants insured that this design was a success.

Floor Plans and 3Ds by Sitedesign

It has been a busy month for Sitedesign! Brandon Wallis of our Sitedesign South Studio has currently been working in our overseas office and with the help of the overseas design team, has been producing some new 3D images and photo-realistic floor plans! It has been great for us to experiment with some new software with the aim to accurately depict our designs to our clients.
