Another Sammut Development beachside apartment block where SITEDESIGN + STUDIOS was commissioned to prepare sketch plans, and then detailed DA plans for council approval.. We have a great working relationship with Sammut developments and in Cronulla alone we have design/constructed Drift Apartments, Breeze Apartments and Coast Apartments. This site, like all along the esplanade is effected by high winds, salt and varying sun path due to adjoining apartments.... Always a challenge but with a great team all is possible..
